Adoption Services, Inc. is a small, experienced agency with caring staff. We are unique because we employ members of the adoption triad – Adoptees, Adoptive Parents, and Birthparents! We believe this trademark allows us to connect on a personal level with all our clients.

Adoption Services, Inc. was established in 1983 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our agency was the first independent, non-profit, non-sectarian adoption agency to be licensed in the State of Wisconsin. In 1991 we expanded to the Appleton area, and in 1999 we closed the Green Bay office and opened in the Waukesha area. Now we have expanded to include Mequon as one of our locations, allowing us to better serve the Greater Milwaukee Area!
